Hanan Yadin, President & CEO, ISI Training Center.  "Home Security"

Hanan “Richter” Yadin is the founder of ISI, LLC., a full service tactical training and counter-terror consulting company established in 1993. In addition to having trained thousands of police officers and military operators, Hanan has also provided specialized training for F.B.I., Department of Justice and Treasury agents as well as the U.S. Navy Seals, US Army and US Air Force. He has trained, founded and certified SWAT teams and special reaction teams around the country.

In the pre-9/11 environment, Hanan focused on innovative training that helped police officers boost their shooting and tactical skill sets in response to an increasingly violent criminal and terrorist element.  He has trained thousands of operators in instinctive shooting methods that allow operators to hit a target accurately within 1 second without the use of a gun sight.

Mr. Yadin is a veteran commander in the Israel Defense Force (IDF) and a former member of Israel National Counter-Terrorism Agency (Shin-Bet) which is a subordinate to the Israel Prime Minister Office. Mr. Yadin received advanced training at the Israeli Anti-Terror Academy and served as an instructor at the Israeli Military Intelligence Academy. During his service with IDF’s intelligence Mr. Yadin conducted hundreds of investigative questioning, screen and evaluate individuals who presented risks to Israel’s national security including counter espionage.

As part of a Special Ops unit he executed high-risk covert missions against terrorist’s cells. Mr. Yadin is an expert marksman and has completed advanced training in crisis response, Krav Maga (the Israeli unarmed fighting system), urban warfare and tactical operations.

As a high school student, Mr. Yadin was a part of a government program to combat terrorism and mass shooting incidents in Israeli schools. Later, as a soldier, he participated in a combined multi-force maneuvers and drills that simulate complex attacks against civilian targets and various educational entities.

After 9/11, Mr. Yadin was able to bring to bear all of his expertise and experience to work with American agencies in gaining a deeper understanding of radical Islam and provide proven tactical techniques to improve counter-terror operations.

In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, Mr. Yadin was called upon to use his skills to head a rapid deployment team to protect private assets. Within 24 hours Hanan and his team were in the disaster zone and operated in the hostile environment for 60 days with no incidents or incursions.

Mr. Yadin’s mission is to work with special task units from military branches and law enforcement agencies in a spirit of cooperation and offer the latest Israeli techniques, best practices and lessons learned from real world incidents to set unmatched new standards of excellence in the counter-terrorism and tactical training industries.
