My 30-year development career responsibilities have included land entitlement, development, leasing, marketing, and/or sale of 1.8 million sf of distribution and build-to-suit industrial product, 1,400 multi-family and senior housing units, 800,000 sf of office, and various retail properties for Gerald Hines, Opus Corporation, and Panattoni Development.

Subject Matter

David R. Park, (Wheless' uncle) was a carrier Hellcat pilot with VF 2 aboard the USS Enterprise and Hornet from November 1943 to September 1944. His distinguished career awards included seven air medals, four Distinguished Flying Crosses, numerous citations and theater awards. The presentation will center on the Pacific Campaign in WWII, with special emphasis on this American hero.
