KIWANIS FOUNDATION OF HOUSTON |
The Kiwanis Foundation of Houston was formed in 1966 to provide the Kiwanis Club of Houston a vehicle to accomplish its charitable activities. Many members of the Club have made contributions to the Foundation over the years, and the Foundation now maintains a corpus of approximately $4,000,000.
The affairs of the Foundation are managed by the board of directors of the Foundation. The board of directors consists of the President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary and nine elected directors. Three directors are elected each year to serve three-year terms.
