2002 to           KPFT-FM (Pacifica Radio) - Houston, TX
Present          General Manager                       

Successfully direct 13 paid staff members and 175 volunteer program producers.

Coordinate scheduling of 100 public affairs, news, music and information programs.

Spearhead highly effective fund-raising. Efforts regularly result in raising over $1,000,000 annually - the largest amounts in 47-year station history.

Manage creation and implementation of station budget annually.

Collaborate effectively with 24-member Board of Directors.

Work successfully with National Administrative Council of Pacifica Radio Network to meet mission of Pacifica Foundation.

Regularly participate, attend and speak at community events on behalf of station and network.

Facilitate staff efforts in digital/social media engagement.

Upgrade and develop technological resources and platforms to enable greater dissemination of programming and information content.
