Speaker: Pat Kiley, FMI Corporation Inc.
Topic: Construction Trade in Houston

As a managing director with FMI, based in the Houston office, Pat is working to bring FMI’s value to additional contractors and companies in Houston and throughout Texas. He works to expand both management consulting and investment banking services.

Prior to joining FMI, Pat was a founding principal of Kiley Advisors, a consulting firm that advised CEOs and senior leaders in commercial construction firms on matters of strategy and leadership. The firm was retained by general and specialty contractors to assist with market strategy, relationship strategy and leadership development and succession. In addition to advisory services, the firm conducted workshops and retreats, published an annual forecast of the Houston commercial marketplace and spoke to many groups about the market outlook.

Before starting Kiley Advisors, Pat served for over 20 years as the chief staff executive of the Houston Chapter of Associated General Contractors of America, Inc.(AGC)., a full-service trade association. He also spent 10 years with one of the major institutions in the heralded Texas Medical Center. He has served as a director and officer of many nonprofit organizations and associations. He is a regular contributor to Construction Citizens.com and a frequent speaker on leadership topics.

He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, an Army veteran and a Senior Fellow in the American Leadership Institute. He is a member of the Contractor Hall of Fame at Texas AM & M University.
