Kelly Frels is a 40 year Kiwanian.  He represented HISD and other school districts and community colleges for almost 50 years. He was the president of the Houston Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas and was Bracewell’s Managing Partner. His stories of interesting school events, School Law’s Evolution-Reflections of a Texas Lawyer, has recently been published.

He will share some fascinating historical Houston events and will introduce his vision of how we can contribute to better educating all our children by engaging in Education Matters – It’s Everybody’s Business.
