Speaker: Dana Carmouche, PhD
Dr. Dana Carmouche is an accomplished educational consultant, leadership development coach, keynote speaker, and 3X author. As the founder of Dana Carmouche Enterprise, she partners with leaders and individual contributors to support life-affirming leadership and organizational transformation. As a thought leader and strategic thinker, Dana is passionate about inspiring people at all levels to optimize their full potential, while maintaining a commitment to shifting obsolete paradigms—one person at a time.
With 20+ years of dedicated service in Career and Technical Education (CTE), Dr. Dana has been a pioneering force in shaping the landscape of vocational training and workforce development. As the Senior Manager for Business Partnerships and Special Projects, she brings to the table a wealth of experience, a keen strategic vision, and a passion for fostering meaningful connections between education and industry.
Throughout her illustrious career, leadership has been the cornerstone of her approach. Dr. Dana has consistently demonstrated an exceptional ability to inspire and guide teams towards shared goals, leveraging their extensive expertise to navigate complex challenges and drive impactful change within the CTE sphere. Her leadership style is characterized by a blend of empathy, decisiveness, and forward-thinking, empowering colleagues and stakeholders alike to reach their full potential.
An adept navigator of relationship equity, Dr. Dana has cultivated an extensive network of partnerships spanning across academia, government, and various industries. By forging strong, collaborative alliances, they have facilitated innovative initiatives that bridge the gap between education and workforce needs, ensuring that students are equipped with the skills and knowledge essential for success in today's dynamic job market.
Her research interests led her to pursue the PhD in Global Leadership and Change at Pepperdine’s School of Education and Psychology, where she explored the intersection of neuroscience, ethical leadership, and global policy. Her research projects have included:

Dr. Dana’s dissertation integrated intersectionality, occupational gender segregation, and wealth gap - directly related to inequities that underserved populations experience and the impact to America’s ability to compete in the global economy. As a thought leader and advocate for CTE, Dr. Dana remains dedicated to advancing the field and empowering individuals to realize their full potential. Her unwavering commitment to excellence, coupled with a proven track record of success, positions her as a driving force in shaping the future of Career & Technical Education and Workforce Development.
