Speaker: Robbie Pape

Robbie Pape is Sr Vice President of Operations & Regional Partner for Carriage Services, a Houston-based consolidator of funeral homes, cemeteries, and crematories (200+ locations).  Robbie is the proud mother of a 20-year-old daughter, Samantha, who is a rising Junior pursuing a degree in Vocal Performance (classical opera) at the University of Cincinnati – College Conservatory of Music.

Robbie spent her childhood moving every two years as the daughter of an Air Force Colonel.  She is a certified public accountant with a degree in Marketing and Information Systems from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.  She serves as Past-President for the International Cemetery, Cremation and Funeral Association (“ICCFA”) as well as being a member of the Finance Committee.  She has also served as ICCFA Secretary and Director.  Robbie is also active in the Cremation Association of North America and served as a board member until the fall of 2021.

Since joining the funeral and cemetery profession in 1991, Robbie has held numerous positions including internal audit, finance, cemetery and funeral home operations and process improvement, systems implementation, cemetery records digitization, funeral and cemetery financial controls, and bronze memorial design/storage.

Robbie is an accomplished public speaker covering leadership topics such as The Power of Choice, Executive Presence, Resilience and How to Become an Influential Leader. Active in the local community, Pape served on Volunteer Houston’s Board of Directors, is past president and advisor of the Baylor University Women’s Association of Houston and served as Co-President of the Kinder High School for the Performing & Visual Arts Vocal Guild.
