Jim McAlister IV joined the Company in 1993. Today he is responsible for overseeing the Company and its investment activities. Upon completion of the Company’s sixth and seventh investment partnerships, he will have secured in excess of $250 million of equity commitments from investors. Prior to the creation of the Land Fund No. 1 in 2003, he participated in the management of more than 30 separate limited partnership investments. Before joining the Company, Jim worked with CB Richard Ellis as a commercial broker from 1986 to 1993. Jim earned his BBA in Finance from The University of Texas.
